There have been a wide variety of massage styles, techniques, methods and systems developed over time. What takes place in our sessions vaguely resembles many of them and none of them.


The work we do in our sessions bring so much more to the table

All of these pieces come together, all of these pieces are integrated together into a unique session, a unique piece of art, created and applied to suit your specific needs for your unique massage & bodywork experience.  


In addition to the massage and bodywork I perform I also instruct a number of classes.

Infant Massage and Partner Massage classes are for the novice. You are given simple instructions and techniques that are easy to apply so that you might enjoy the benefits of giving a massage.

Mechanics, Positioning and Leverage is for the practicing Massage Therapist looking to improve their durability as well as improve their treatment effectiveness.
